Our Team

Qabeelat Haadi is a 100 % volunteer based organization. We are what we are, because brothers and sisters like you got together to strive in the cause of Allah (swt) to bring guidance to the Ummah through seeking authentic knowledge from the Quran and Sunnah. Our seminars and activities will not be possible if not for the time and commitment of dedicated volunteers like you.

Our Teams are divided into three phases based on our Operations. Our Operation revolves around the Seminars we offer, every quarter(i.e; 3-4 months). We have:

  1. A Pre-Seminar Phase,
  2. An In-Seminar Phase and
  3. A Post-Seminar Phase.

 1. The Pre-Seminar Phase:

Primarily include the Marketing Team.  Marketing the class is the job of each and every volunteer, by word of mouth. However we have the following sub-committees that help in this activity at Haadi.

  • Email Marketing Committee.
  • Poster/Flyer Distribution Committee (MCA, South Bay, East Bay, SFO).
  • Jumuah/Khutbah Announcements Committee.
  • Online Marketing Committee (Facebook/Twitter/Websites).
  • Event Marketing/Advertizing Marketing Committee.
  • Haadi Scholarship Committee.
  • Haadi Welcome Packet Committee.

 2.  The In-Seminar Phase:

Includes all the teams that work together, to make sure that all the logistics are taken care of, so that we can have the class in a professional manner. They also constitute other sub-committees that run all the various activities during the class.

  • Registration Team.
  • Class Logitics Team (Audio/Video Setup Committee, Class Décor Committee, Gem-board, Babysitting, Food/refreshment Committee, Class Activities Committee, Brothers Ushers Committee, Sisters Ushers Committee).
  • Hospitality Team( Shaykh Hospitality Committee, Travelling Brothers Hospitality Committee, Travelling Sisters Hospitality Committee).
  • Vendor Tables (Eman Rush Committee, Social Charitree Committee, Bake Sale Committee).

 3.  The Post-Seminar Phase:

Include all the teams that work after the completion of the class, to ensure that the Students continue to learn and sustain the knowledge they seek and also put it to practice.

  • Haadi Exam Team. (Study Session Committee, Professional Notes Committee, Quiz Organizing Committee).
  • Haadi Outreach Team. (Haadi Halaqas Committee, Haadi Road-Trip Organizing Committee).
  • Fun @ Haadi Team (Haadi Picnic Committee, Haadi Brothers Activities Committee, Haadi Sisters Activities).
  • Al-Hadiyah Magazine Team.
